Directions: If you are driving to the Gold Coast you will be on the Pacific Highway, take the Helensvale South Exit 62 to Labrador/Southport. You will be going east. After about 8-10km you will come to a set of lights where you have to turn either left or right. Ahead of you is the water (Broadwater). Turn right. After about 100m you will come to a set of lights. On this corner you will see the Grand Hotel. Turn left into Marine Parade. Marine Parade follows the Broadwater and after about 500m you will see Blue Waters Apartments on your Right at 220 Marine Parade.
