World first! Wireless Internet on all SAS intercontinental flights in all classes!
Wireless high-speed Internet access is now available in all classes and on all SAS flights between Asia/North America and Scandinavia - a world first!
This means customers can now stay connected while in the air - surf the web, send and receive emails or even log on to a company intranet via a virtual private network (VPN). Of course, you can also just sit back, relax and enjoy the excellent SAS service and inflight entertainment on your personal screen. SAS is all about the freedom to choose.
Scandavian Airlines launches the next generation airline seat
Last but not least, we have exciting news for business class travellers. In early 2006 SAS will install the next generation airline sleeper seat on its intercontinental aircraft. The seats extend to a sleeping position comparable to a proper bed. Besides facilitiating confortable sleep, the seat has many clever features exclusive to SAS - like an extra large viewing screen, built-in storage for laptops and a water bottle. |
