Sea Life

Sydney Aquarium

Just around the corner from Wild Life Sydney Zoo is Sea Life Sydney Aquarium. This is a must-see attraction for those visiting Sydney!

Making our way through the aquarium, we stopped to pose for the fun green screen photos, where we magically found ourselves on a beach with penguins!

There was an abundance of beautiful sea creatures, my children especially loved seeing the platypus swimming in its river-like enclosure. Younger children will love the interactive Octonauts area full of colour and characters and the touch pool is always a winner with shark eggs, starfish and sea cucumbers.

As always, the shark and stingray tunnels are a huge success. My personal favourite was seeing the dugong playing, swimming and interacting with the people watching on happily. The Great Barrier Reef section is simply stunning! There are so many different colours, shapes and sizes to fascinate guests! There is even a section where it looks like you are walking on water and you can see fish swimming below.

A fabulous place to visit, you can combine a visit to Sea Life with a visit to Wild Life Sydney Zoo. Check out a Merlin pass for entry to even more attractions for a discounted price.
