Terms & conditions:

• The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia 21 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter, Apollo, Freespirit and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• Fraudulent memberships/ entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
• Prizes and values are as follows:
  1 x major winner will receive:
  Single 10 day hire of an Apollo Euro Deluxe Motorhome
  Standard vehicle Insurance
  Up to 6 camp chairs, table, gas bottle and GPS
• Apollo hire days must be taken consecutively. Multiple bookings will not be allowed. If the winner does not hire for the full 10 days all remaining days are forfeited.
• Prize is valid for use until 30 December 2012.
• Liability: A $7,500 liability fee will be charged to the winner’s credit card at the commencement of the hire period. The liability fee will be refunded in full on the condition that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was provided. Credit Card fees apply and are non refundable. Should the winner wish to reduce their liability they can do this at their own cost.
• Standard rental terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice – see www.apollocamper.com. This hire applies to the daily rental rate, government fees and taxes and liability fees. This free rental is subject to vehicle availability and approval by Apollo at all times.
• Valid for hire from any Apollo branch in Australia except for Broome and Hobart branches. Not valid for hire during peak hire periods. December 15th – January 30th and 5th – 11th April 2012.
• Restrictions: All entries are to be made by the intended driver of the prize vehicle. Drivers must be over 21 years old and have held a full Australian manual driver’s license for 2 years.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Travel to and from the Apollo branch pick up and drop off is at the winner’s expense. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third party vendor terms and conditions.
• Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner’s own expense.
• It is the winner's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation and Australian Manual Driver’s Licence at the time of the hire. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred during the hire period or as a result of such documents being obtained or not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Vehicle hire is supplied on a vehicle only basis with standard insurance (for full details go to http://www.apollocamper.com/campervan-hire-conditions.aspx#australian-conditions).
• Petrol is not included. The nominated winner may be required to cover incidentals including petrol, holiday/travel insurance, etc that are not included in the prize. All other expenses associated with the prize are not included, unless otherwise stated.
• Freespirit portion of the prize is valid for accommodation only. Voucher value $1000. Prize is not valid for Peak Season. Bookings must be made by phone, not online. Voucher is non-transferable and is subject to availability. Voucher must redeemed in its entirety and is not redeemable for cash. Voucher must be presented at time of arrival and any additional charges will be payable at time of use. Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and no further discounts or specials apply.
