Let Kable’s do the Cooking this Mother’s Day and Give Mum the Gift of a Spa Treatment

Let Kable’s at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney take over the cooking duties this Mother’s Day and treat mum to a Sunday lunch of generous proportions.

Allow her to indulge in a specially prepared buffet featuring six decadent food stations including a Seafood Station with a smorgasbord of fresh Australian favourites - chardonnay poached prawns, Sydney Rock Oysters, Tasmanian smoked salmon, marinated baby octopus and Balmain bugs.

If that’s not enough to whet the appetite, Kable’s will have an Action Station where mum can roll her own Peking Duck pancakes before moving on to the Carving Station offering a traditional baked dinner of slow-cooked prime rib of beef and Yorkshire pudding.

The feast will also feature a hot and cold buffet with a variety of tasty treats including a selection of specialty salads, sushi, spinach and ricotta cannelloni and seafood risotto, among other dishes.

No Mother’s Day is complete without a lengthy visit (or two) to what could possibly be dessert heaven! Her day will be made when she sets eyes on the Dessert Buffet – highlights will include a chocolate fountain, mini raspberry mouse, opera cake, lemon tartlets, macaroons and profiteroles!

Kable’s Mother’s Day lunch is available between 12.30pm and 3pm on Sunday May 9 and priced at $89 for adults, $35 for children (5 to 12), while children under 5 years old can dine free of charge.

While mum and her guests relax over lunch, the little ones will be entertained next door in the Private Dining Room which will be transformed into a kid’s activity corner. Movies will be playing on a plasma screen and there will be card-making activities for children to write a special message to mum.

The spoiling doesn’t stop there - all mums who dine at Kable’s on Mother’s Day will receive a voucher for a complimentary 30 minute de-stress massage or facial treatment when any 60 or 90 minute spa treatment is booked.
