Making Holiday Dollar Rate Bookings

1. Holiday Dollars Rate Bookings must be made by clicking here or by calling 1300 65 65 65. 2. Valid for bookings made between 20 June 2010 and midnight 10 October 2010. The Holiday Dollar Rate promotion may be closed earlier due to unexpected demand. 3. Valid for stays between 20 June and 11 October 2010 inclusive. 4. Holiday Dollar Rates are for room only, per night for single, twin or double occupancy in a standard room. All bookings are payable at time of reservation and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Accor Advantage Plus members (by logging into www.advantageplus.com.au or calling 1300 36 36 37) can book the Accor Advantage Plus Members' Holiday Dollar Rate (a 10% discount on the public Holiday Dollar Rate).

Earning Accor Holiday Dollars

6. One Accor Holiday Dollar (rounded up to the nearest dollar value) is earned for every two dollars spent on the Holiday Dollar Rate for accommodation. 7. A|Club members earn double points when staying on the Holiday Dollar Rate, subject to the conditions of the A|Club loyalty program. 8. Accor Advantage Plus members earn Accor Holiday Dollars based on the value of the public Holiday Dollar Rate, instead of the discounted Accor Advantage Plus Members' Holiday Dollar Rate. 9. Your Accor Holiday Dollars online travel account will be created within 7 days after making your Holiday Dollar Rate booking. You will be contacted via email with your account details including login and password. If this is lost at any time please contact Accor Holiday Dollars on 1300 66 24 22.

Redeeming Accor Holiday Dollars

10. Accor Holiday Dollars can only be redeemed by calling Accor Holiday Dollars on 1300 66 24 22 8am to 5pm, Brisbane time, Monday to Saturday or through www.accorholidaydollars.com.au 11. Accor Holiday Dollars may be used to partially pay the best available public unrestricted rate room rates at participating Accor Hotels within Asia Pacific. If, at the time of booking, you find for the same booking, a lower public unrestricted rate on the same terms and conditions we will match this price and reduce the amount of Accor Holiday Dollars required to complete your booking. 12. Accor Holiday Dollars are valid for bookings made within 12 months of booking the qualifying Holiday Dollar Rate stay, but expire after that date. They are valid for stays completed within 18 months from the date of booking the qualifying Holiday Dollar Rate stay. 13. The number of Accor Holiday Dollars that can be used to partially pay the accommodation rate will vary from hotel to hotel. A minimum of 25% and a maximum of 50% of the accommodation rate may be paid for using Accor Holiday Dollars. The number of Accor Holiday Dollars that can be used will depend on numerous factors including the hotel selected, the dates of travel and the length of stay. The list of participating hotels may change from time to time. Rates and the information on www.AccorHolidayDollars.com.au, or www.accorhotels.com or any Accor promotional material are subject to change without notice. 14. A limited allocation of rooms is available for booking using Accor Holiday Dollars. Room allocations fill quickly during special event periods, school holidays, public holidays and weekends and no guarantee can be given that an allocated room will be available at the hotel or for the days requested. Bookings made using Accor Holiday Dollars must be made with RewardsCorp and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express. A 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply for payments by credit card. 16. You can check your Accor Holiday Dollars balance by logging on to your account at www.AccorHolidayDollars.com.au. 17. All accommodation rates are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, where rates are paid in foreign currency accommodation rates in Australian dollars listed on www.AccorHolidayDollars.com.au may differ from indicative Australian dollar rates on Accorhotels.com. 18. Accor Holiday Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion available through RewardsCorp, Accor and/or the Accor participating hotels, except as noted in these terms and conditions. 19. A|Club members will not be entitled to earn points for bookings using Accor Holiday Dollars. 20. Accor Advantage Plus members will not be entitled to their usual accommodation discount for bookings using Accor Holiday Dollars however will be entitled to their usual dining discounts during their stay at the hotel.

By booking the Holiday Dollar Rate, you agree to Accor sharing your contact information with participating Accor hotels and its program manager, RewardsCorp, relating to the Accor Holiday Dollars promotion and to receiving emails and other communications from Accor and RewardsCorp for this purpose. Accor and RewardsCorp on behalf of Accor will collect your personal information in order manage the Accor Holidays Dollars program and otherwise as set out in Accor’s Privacy Policy. You can request access, update or correct any personal information Accor or RewardsCorp holds about you by contacting at privacyofficer@rewardscorp.com or privacy.aus@accor.com respectively.
