 Australia’s low-fare airline Jetstar, together with Gold Coast theme park Sea World, launched a new ongoing partnership offering families a fantastic deal when planning their Gold Coast holiday on Wednesday 12 March 2008.
To celebrate the new partnership, a special Jetstar Sea World branded Airbus 320 aircraft was unveiled at Melbourne Airport.
The plane picked up winning families from Austereo’s ‘Best Day Ever’ competition along with travel media and their families before proceeding to Sydney to collect further competition winners. The Jetstar Sea World flight then proceeded to Gold Coast Airport where guests were greeted by players from the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans and Blaze before being chauffeured to Sea World to enjoy the park as VIP guests for the day.
The Jetstar Sea World partnership recognises the need to continue to boost visitor numbers to the holiday region through affordable packages that specifically cater for families.
