 Solar Springs Health Retreat is situated on the escarpment of the Morton National Park in the picturesque village of Bundanoon. Bundanoon is situated just 1.5 - 2 hours south-west of Sydney and 1 hour and 45 minutes north of Canberra, in the beautiful Southern Highlands. Established 20 years ago as a health and fitness country club, Solar Springs today is a health retreat where guests are able to take time out from the pressures of their daily lives.
The Philosophy at Solar Springs Health Retreat is to give guests the tools to make changes to their lifestyles in relation to diet, exercise and relaxation.
Solar Springs 'Parent's Weekend Escape' includes twin or double ensuite accommodation for 2 nights (Friday to Sunday) including:
· All meals
· 8 - 10 daily activities including bushwalking, aquarobics, tennis, archery, fitness classes
· Use of all our recreational facilities including 25m indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, spa and steam room
· PLUS mum and dad will receive a relaxing Swedish massage and a revitalising hydro bath.
