Prestbury covers just over 1000 hectares or 2500acres. Around 2/3 is hilly grassland, where we run our herd of 500 beef cattle. It is heavily timbered with native trees

The Stockmans House is nestled behind some trees, a few hundred metres from the farmhouse, with views across the valley. The large verandah is perfectly positioned to catch the morning sun as it rises from behind beautiful Mt Rubieslaw. The Stockmans House has a large open plan lounge/dining room with imposing stone fireplace. It has four bedrooms - 1 queen, 1 twin and 2 singles. It sleeps 6, plus has a fold down sofa bed, if required, with a cot available on request.
The Stables House is a huge old "Queenslander" wooden house, carefully renovated to retain its original character. This house was the home of the stud groom in the days when Prestbury was a prominent thoroughbred racehorse stud. The Stables House can sleep 11. There are four bedrooms - 2 queens, 1 twin, 1 large room with 2 bunks and 1 single, with a cot available. Stables has a large enclosed verandah with a gas barbeque for enjoying those summer afternoons.
