BIG4 Saltwater is a top-rated holiday park located just outside the town of Yamba on the north coast of NSW. Families return year after year for the unique combination of facilities and nature that make this park a 'must visit' for anyone with kids.

From the waterpark and jumping pillow to the playgrounds, bike track, flying fox and outdoor movie theatre, there are enough great facilities available in the park to keep your kids busy from morning to night.

The park also has direct access to the Clarence River which is great for boating and fishing, and there are kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for hire by guests who want to get out on the water for a paddle.

There are both family cabins and large campsites available in the park, so no matter what your situation, you will find an accommodation option to suit.

If you love the idea of taking a holiday that your kids will remember for years to come, then this is the place for you.

PLAY

The park is packed with so many great facilities that it’s fairly common to hear parents jokingly complain that the biggest problem they have is convincing the kids to leave the park to explore Yamba. They're happy to spend all day dashing between the water park, jumping pillow, playgrounds, flying fox, bike track and more.

The main attraction (especially during the warmer months) is ‘Salty's Cove’ water park. Featuring four slides, water cannons, a tipping bucket and a splash pad, you'll find it hard to drag your kids away. That's why there are cabanas provided, sun lounges and barbecues nearby – so you can relax while they play.

The Yamba Shores Tavern or '˜The Tavern' is set up perfectly for families with a fully enclosed playground nestled alongside the dining area. You can relax and enjoy your meal and a drink or two while you watch your kids play.

Bowlo Sports & Leisure Yamba has made a massive effort to woo families with their addition of an amazing leisure centre that features a mini-golf course, a four-lane ten pin bowling alley and an indoor rock climbing wall. Make it a night out by combining a meal with some fun activities.

The Pacific Hotel has some of the best views of any establishment on the east coast of Australia. It sits proudly on top of the hill above the town's main surf beach, making it the perfect place to eat after a day spent swimming and catching waves.

The Harwood Hotel provides great tasting pub food with views across the Clarence. There is an outdoor covered dining area and a fully enclosed playground across the road making it ideal for both lunch and dinner.
